Constance von Colbe is a gorgeous 4 year old German Shepherd.  Her coloring and markings make her stand out in a crowd and we just love her adorable ears!  With Constance, you get the best of both worlds – this fun-loving girl can romp and play but when it comes time to kick back and relax, she’ll be right there with you.  Turn on the TV and make room for her on the couch or give her a soft doggy bed and she’ll be content.  She has perfect house manners and is probably housebroken.  Her poised demeanor makes her a peaceful and comfortable companion.  Car rides are great fun and she’s a quiet passenger.  She has a gentle and balanced temperament, meets new people easily and loves affection.  In the shelter playgroup, she was relaxed when she met other dogs.  She knows some commands and is just a joy.  Sadly, her owner had to turn her in to the shelter when he became hospitalized and never returned for her.  She doesn’t understand what happened so we want to let her know that there is a home waiting for her.  Could it be yours?
